Job Summary
Middle Project Manager leads end-to-end internal project lifecycles, conducts stakeholder discovery, bridges business and technical teams, manages risks and dependencies, and drives change management and KPI-driven performance. The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, hands-on experience in business process analysis or product workflow development, strong communication across business and technical audiences, a data-driven decision-making mindset, and experience incorporating AI into products or processes. Must be able to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels, monitor delivery against business outcomes, and adapt to evolving priorities, with remote work from Boca Raton, FL on a contract basis.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
