Job Summary
Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You will own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation, conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions, bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, identify and manage risks and dependencies, lead implementation of new products/tools/processes, drive change management, monitor KPIs, analyze data to support decisions, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders and senior management. The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, experience with process analysis/optimization, strong communication, a data-driven mindset, familiarity with AI in products or processes, and English at least at B2 level. Note: This is a remote, contract position with an office in Boca Raton, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
