Job Summary
Lead the full internal project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation—while conducting user interviews and stakeholder discovery to translate needs into actionable requirements. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment, identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and lead the implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows. Drive change management efforts, monitor KPIs, collect and analyze data to support decision-making, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders and senior management. Proactively identify process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams. Requires 3+ years PM experience, strong communication, data-driven approach, and experience with AI in products or processes. English at least B2; ability to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- English B2 or above
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with ability to adapt to changing requirements
