Job Summary
Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation. Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery to identify needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment, identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and lead the implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows. Lead change management efforts, monitor KPIs, collect and analyze data to support decisions, and prepare updates for stakeholders and senior management. Required 3+ years PM experience, hands-on experience in business process analysis/optimization, strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and experience with AI integration. English B2 or higher. We also note a remote contract arrangement for the role and the specified location in Boca Raton, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
