Job Summary
Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. Responsible for owning the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery, conducting user interviews and stakeholder discovery, bridging business stakeholders with technical teams, identifying risks and dependencies with mitigation strategies, leading implementation of new products/tools/processes into existing workflows, leading change management, monitoring project performance and KPIs, analyzing data for decision-making, delivering progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities across teams. Requires 3+ years PM experience, experience in business process analysis/optimization, strong communication, data-driven mindset, experience with AI in products or processes, and English at B2 level or higher. Location: Boca Raton, FL, USA (REMOTE). The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, willingness to adapt to evolving requirements, and a focus on delivering aligned business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
