Middle Office Project Manager/Business Analyst, Officer

As a Middle Office Project Manager/Business Analyst (Officer), you will manage technology-enabled improvements and implementation initiatives that bridge business operations and IT, driving defined projects that enhance processes, controls, data quality, and system capabilities across the middle office. You will translate operational needs into actionable project deliverables, coordinate between Operations, Technology, and stakeholders, track risks and milestones, support testing and implementation, and contribute to continuous improvement of project execution and delivery. Key responsibilities include documenting business requirements and controls artifacts, coordinating project execution and dependency tracking, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and integrate with workflows, and communicating status and risks to senior leadership. Core skills include strong collaboration across business and IT, excellent organizational and communication abilities, proficiency with Excel and Office tools, and comfort working within governance frameworks while delivering timely results.
