Job Summary

Senior VP-level Middle Office PMO role combining business operations with technology delivery leadership. Responsible for translating client needs into actionable delivery roadmaps for IT teams, enforcing governance across complex programs with multiple dependencies, and driving structured, scalable improvements in operational resilience and client outcomes. Involves working with senior leadership to shape execution plans, challenge scope and sequencing, and ensure quality and timeliness of proprietary platforms and tools. Requires strong PMO discipline, delivery leadership, and the ability to engage credibly with senior business, operations, and technology leaders. Onsite four days per week in Irvine, CA. Education: MBA preferred; 8+ years in operational or IT experience; PMO or Project Management–certified professional. This is a primarily onsite role with a broad focus on program delivery, governance, risk management, and client-facing execution across technology-enabled improvements.
