Job Summary
Oversee daily account reviews to confirm portfolio health, manage a team supporting multiple clients, design and implement client-specific operational solutions ensuring controls and timely client file deliveries, act as primary contact for inquiries related to recordkeeping systems and file deliveries, perform end-to-end ownership of issues, identify trends to improve controls and processes, and leverage AI and automation tools to streamline operational tasks. Requires four days per week in-office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience within custody, portfolio services, middle office, or fund accounting environments
