Middle Office Cash & Settlement Specialist

Middle Office Cash and Settlement Specialist at Quintet Private Bank. Plays a central operational and regulatory interface between Front Office, Back Offices, custodians, prime brokers, and other third-party counterparties. Responsible for accurate execution, reconciliation, and monitoring of transactions across multiple asset classes with a strong focus on cash management, securities settlement, and custody operations. Requires solid knowledge of banking operations, financial instruments, market infrastructures, and applicable regulatory frameworks. Key duties include supporting trade processing and lifecycle management, ensuring timely processing of securities, cash, and FX transactions, correct booking of trades/positions, daily margin monitoring, identifying and resolving cash and securities breaks, conducting monthly nostro reconciliations, contributing to process improvement, and preparing regulatory/internal reports and KPIs.
