Job Summary
As a Middle Market Underwriter, you’ll manage and underwrite assigned middle market business to achieve profitability, select profitable new business through risk analysis and pricing, handle complex accounts with potential reinsurance, monitor premium growth by territory, cultivate relationships with agents through travel for agency visits, and collaborate with internal teams to drive underwriting initiatives and maintain documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Underwriting
- Or 4 years of experience in Commercial Lines Underwriting
