Job Summary
The Middle Market Relationship Manager I is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing middle market banking relationships and developing new business clients with borrowing needs over $3 million and annual revenues exceeding $10 million. This role requires advanced knowledge of capital markets and banking products, with responsibilities including sales, business development, financial solutions advisory, and compliance. Successful candidates will need to navigate complex financial relationships and provide tailored banking solutions, while maintaining a thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance related field and/or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three years of credit analysis and/or relevant industry experience
- Good communication skills with ability to influence others
- Strong computer and analytical skills are necessary
- A valid driver’s license and travel, including some overnight stays, are required.
