Middle Market Banking - Portfolio Management Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team in Commercial and Specialty Banking Portfolio Management to support business development, identify prospects, coordinate calling efforts, and cross-sell lending, depository, and Treasury Management products. Review and structure large complex transactions, present deals to credit officers, negotiate terms and legal documentation. Underwrite loan presentations to deepen client relationships and acquire new clients. Monitor portfolio performance via monthly/quarterly financial statements, renewals, annual reviews, watch loan reports, borrowing base reconciliations, and ensure compliance with credit standards. Build relationships with clients and fellow associates, participate in community and business functions to maintain a positive bank image, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in commercial banking; MBA or formal credit training is a plus; strong communication, writing, and sales skills; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking.
- Related specialty banking or finance experience.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Moody’s Risk Analyst experience
