Job Summary
Responsible for managing and expanding existing business relationships, developing new commercial accounts, and servicing various banking clients. This role involves soliciting new loan and deposit relationships, executing business development plans, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and working closely with internal departments to enhance customer relationships. The job mandates strong relationship management skills, knowledge of credit underwriting, and compliance regulations. Ideal candidates are expected to have significant experience in banking and possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of relationship management experience selling banking products
- Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products required
- Proficient in credit underwriting and prior credit experience including financial analysis
- Knowledge of commercial loan products and lending / compliance regulations
