Job Summary
Middle Level Interventionist/Instructional Coach responsible for supporting literacy and math instruction for 5-8 teachers, leading data-driven tiered interventions (Tier 2/3), and collaborating with the School Intervention Team to improve student achievement through professional development, mentoring, and targeted coaching of teachers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license at middle level
- Skilled in differentiation, assessment and data analysis
- Successful classroom teaching experience (minimum of three years) at the elementary or middle school level
- Advanced coursework in mathematics
- Proven instructional leadership ability and strong communication skills
