Job Summary
The Middle & High School ELA Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing instructional programs that align with educational standards while fostering student improvement. Key duties include crafting effective lesson plans, assessing student abilities, and utilizing differentiated instruction techniques. The teacher will maintain accurate student records, communicate with parents, and participate in curriculum planning. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree, meeting state licensing, and prior teaching experience with middle school students is preferred.

- State licensing and requirements for highly qualified status must be met and maintained
