Middle Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Conceptualize visuals based on cross-functional team requirements and create designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software. Collaborate with UI/UX designers on in-app graphics and with the Marketing team on promotional materials, while requesting feedback from media agencies and social media teams regarding top-performing designs. Produce visual content for advertising campaigns, social media, newsletters, email communications, in-app communications, and presentations to keep the brand fresh and engaging. Manage multiple workflows while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting deadlines. This role supports Yonder Media Mobile's mission to revolutionize global travel connectivity through innovative mobile apps.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience working in an advertising agency or creative firm, creating digital assets and campaigns
- intuitive understanding of today's social media platforms; you know the differences in tone and style for each channel and can easily adapt your designs accordingly
- highly proactive and confidently identify opportunities for improvement while proposing effective solutions
- highly organized and capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously
- strong communicator; you ask for help when needed, understand that overcommunication is better than undercommunication, and value clear written documentation
- Experience in graphic design
- A portfolio showcasing illustrations, collages, or other graphic design work
- Proficiency with design software and technologies
- Knowledge of preparing print-ready materials
- A strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- English proficiency: B1–B2+
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite

- Basic motion design skills (preferred)
