Plan, instruct, and organize instructional environments for middle grades science; maintain safety and well-being of students, monitor behavior, motivate students, and maintain an orderly classroom; deliver lessons with clear objectives, use demonstrations and examples, assign tasks with high success, ask appropriate questions, and conduct instruction at a brisk but understandable pace; develop and follow instructional plans aligned to curricular goals; monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records; uphold ethics and professional conduct; perform non-instructional duties as assigned.
