Job Summary
Middle Full Stack Developer to own WordPress-based web ecosystem: build custom themes/child themes, templates, and site components; create and optimize landing pages for conversion; implement front-end features; integrate third-party services (forms/CRM, analytics, pixels, email automation, calendars, payments); improve Core Web Vitals, SEO basics, and accessibility; maintain security and reliability (updates, backups, monitoring); troubleshoot production issues and document solutions clearly.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of commercial development experience
- Strong PHP and WordPress experience (hooks, custom post types, template hierarchy)
- Proficient front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks)
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflow
- Ability to work independently, estimate tasks, and communicate progress
- English communication for daily work
- Nice to have: experience with Elementor/Gutenberg, WooCommerce, WP performance tools, security plugins, and basic UI/UX
- Healthcare/health tech experience is a plus
