Middle Data Analyst (with dbt)

Job Summary
Middle Data Analyst (with dbt) responsible for transforming, testing, deploying, and documenting data across the analytics stack, collaborating with Data Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Accounting to standardize business definitions, delivering clean data sets, designing dashboards and reporting solutions, maintaining metrics and KPIs, improving data quality, and mentoring other analysts. Proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Fivetran, Hex, and Git; strong SQL, Python, CI/CD practices, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Must be able to align with Central Time Zone working hours and contribute to ongoing data modernization and governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- 1+ years of experience with dbt
- Advanced SQL skills with extensive hands-on experience
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools
- Experience with Python
- Previous experience with version control and continuous integration to a code base
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
