Job Summary
Develop and maintain connections to cryptocurrency exchanges and market data providers while designing new market links and connectivity tools. Build new features for the trading platform and optimize latency across critical components of the high-load, low-latency C++ applications. Improve performance, stability, and reliability of core infrastructure as it scales, and troubleshoot market data, connectivity, and production issues. Collaborate with engineering, data, and trading teams to ensure correct behavior of trading systems and algorithms. Work on production systems where latency directly affects trading results within a flat engineering structure offering relocation packages and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience, primarily with modern C++
- Experience developing high-load, low-latency applications
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets
- Location: Dubai, UAE (full-time, office-based)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial markets, high-frequency trading, or distributed systems
- Experience with the FIX protocol
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Experience with Python or Kafka
