Job Summary
Manage a retail store location to ensure maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, and controlling operating costs. Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information regarding requested repairs, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Implement and manage sales programs while leveraging a digital dashboard to track personal success and weekly earnings. This full-time role in Wexford, PA requires at least 3 years of retail store management experience and the ability to lift items over 50 pounds.
