Job Summary
Manage the retail store location by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, and controlling operating costs to ensure maximum profitability. Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance completion. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on requested or necessary automotive repairs, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Implement and manage sales programs while tracking personal success through the digital dashboard. Requires at least 3 years in retail store management, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the U.S. Full-time role with 5-day work week, Sundays and one weekday off, plus competitive weekly pay with bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
