Job Summary
Store Manager for an automotive service and tire center responsible for profitability, sales growth, inventory and expense control, and leading technicians and mechanics to ensure high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Drives customer satisfaction, communicates repair needs and recommendations, and leads by example to reinforce the store’s market position. Works a 5-day week with Sundays and one other weekday off; benefits include 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/life, PTO, uniform support, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
