Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the profitability of a retail automotive service, repair, and tire center. Lead technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, drive sales initiatives, manage inventory and operating costs, and deliver excellent customer service. Utilize the digital dashboard to monitor performance and growth, communicate with customers about automotive repairs, and guide the team toward achieving weekly earnings growth. Promote from within and support uniform expenses; competitive base pay with weekly bonus potential; 5-day work week with one weekday off; comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years retail store management experience or relevant education/training/experience mix
- 18 years old or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
