Job Summary
Automotive Store Managers drive sales, monitor inventory and expenses, manage personnel, and direct technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance while delivering customer satisfaction. They implement and manage sales programs, communicate with customers about automotive repairs, and lead by example to reinforce Midas' position as a premier tire and auto service retailer. The role requires leadership, operational oversight, and a focus on profitability within a fast-paced automotive service environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management or relevant combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
