Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing a Midas/Mavis Tire service center in Columbus, OH, driving profitability through sales programs, inventory and expense control, and leadership of technicians and mechanics. Manages customer interactions, assesses automotive repair/maintenance needs, ensures timely, safe completion of services, and leads a team to achieve weekly earnings growth via a digital dashboard. Requires 3+ years of retail store management experience, strong leadership and teamwork, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and focus on customer satisfaction. Eligible applicants must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.; physical ability to perform duties (standing, walking, bending, lifting). Required Qualifications
