Job Summary
Manage a retail store location to ensure maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory, and controlling operating costs. Direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe completion of high-quality vehicle repairs while communicating directly with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Implement sales programs and lead by example to reinforce the company's position as a premier tire and auto service retailer. This full-time role in Butler, PA requires at least three years of retail store management experience and the physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.
