Midas - Automotive Store Managers

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for the management of a retail store location, driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, and directing technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. You will communicate with customers to assess needs, provide recommendations, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Leverage our digital dashboard to track personal performance and lead by example to reinforce Midas’s position as a premier tire and auto service retailer. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of retail store management experience, the ability to work a full-time schedule, and a willingness to recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering strong financial results. Strong emphasis on dependability, teamwork, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing sales programs, controlling operating costs, supervising technicians, and supporting growth and profitability of the store.
