Job Summary
Manage a retail store location to ensure maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory, and controlling operating costs. Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on repairs, and ensure complete satisfaction. Track personal success and weekly earnings using the digital dashboard while reinforcing Midas's position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer. This role requires at least three years of retail store management experience and the ability to lift over 50 pounds. Required Qualifications

- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
