Job Summary
Manage a retail store location by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, and controlling operating costs to ensure maximum profitability. Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance completion. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on requested or necessary automotive repairs, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Track personal success and weekly earnings using the digital dashboard while reinforcing the company's position as a premier tire and auto service retailer. Requires at least three years of retail store management experience, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the U.S. Full-time position with a 5-day work week, competitive weekly pay including bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and health coverage.
