Job Summary
Manage the retail store location to ensure maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, and controlling operating costs. Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information regarding repairs, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Implement and manage sales programs while tracking personal success through the digital dashboard. This full-time position in Paramus, NJ, offers a 5-day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
