Job Summary
Lead Automotive Technician role at a Midas/Mavis family shop in Arvada, CO. Youll inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance; complete state inspections; dismount/mount/rotate/balance tires; and check fluids. Requires 2+ years of repair experience, valid drivers license; ASE certification a bonus. Emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and ASE credential-based pay increases; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and paid time off. Must be able to lift items over 50 pounds and be authorized to work in the U.S.; office locations listed in Arvada, CO and Golden, CO.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair
- A valid driver's license is required
- ASE Certification is a major bonus
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
