Midas - Automotive Lead Technician

Job Summary
As a Lead Automotive Technician at the Midas/Mavis franchise location, you will inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services, including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance. You will complete state inspections, change oil/filters, dismount/mount/rotate/balance tires, and check fluids while replacing worn parts. The role requires at least 2 years of experience (education/experience combined acceptable), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ASE certification is a major bonus. This full-time position offers a 5-day work week with competitive pay and bonus potential up to $150K annually, plus benefits (401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and opportunities for growth). Required Qualifications
- 2+ years automotive repair experience or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to lift items over 50 pounds
- ASE Certification is a major bonus
