Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians. Manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely job completion, and maintain team safety. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repairs. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. This role operates within Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire family. The position is located in Ithaca, NY.
