Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Midas location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively, enforcing policies and scheduling mechanics/technicians. Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, drives sales initiatives, ensures timely completion of repairs, and strives to meet customer expectations while delivering high-quality service. Position offers a 5-day work week with Sundays and another weekday off, plus benefits including 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and uniform support.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
