Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and customer satisfaction. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure they are satisfied with the in-store experience. This role requires at least two years of experience in automotive parts or tire sales, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the U.S. Full-time positions offer a five-day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off, along with competitive weekly pay, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health benefits.
