Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at the Midas/Mavis Tire family in Akron, OH. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety. Service Manager responsibilities: assist customers with tire selections, coordinate workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers about repairs/maintenance, and ensure in-store customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
