Job Summary
Assistant Manager: support Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe store operations; enforce policies, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain team safety. Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections, oversee repair/maintenance workflow, direct Mechanics/Alignment/Tire Technicians, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers about repairs, and ensure a positive in-store experience and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
