Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Conduct daily operations for the Midas service, repair, and tire center by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, and managing outside orders. Ensure timely job completion, maintain safety standards, and direct the workflow of technicians while driving sales initiatives for tire selections and under-car repairs. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and guarantee satisfaction with the in-store experience. Support the Store Manager in operating the location efficiently and effectively. Full-time role with 5-day work week, Sundays and one weekday off, located in Newport, KY.
