Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Manager to enforce policies, schedule mechanics, manage outside orders, and ensure timely, high-quality job completion while maintaining team safety. Direct the Service Manager to assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and drive sales initiatives by communicating needs and ensuring satisfaction. Manage the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work efficiently. This full-time role in Sylvania, OH offers a 5-day week with Sundays and one other weekday off, competitive weekly pay with bonus potential, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
