Job Summary
Assist managers in overseeing Midas retail service center operations, enforcing policies and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. Service Manager duties include guiding tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers about repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Requires automotive parts/tire sales experience, strong leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Based in Powell, OH with full-time schedule and benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and uniform support.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
