Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, direct technician workflows, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives while maintaining high-quality repair and maintenance standards. This role requires at least two years of automotive parts or tire sales experience, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the U.S. Full-time positions offer a 5-day week with Sundays and one weekday off, competitive weekly pay with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- At least 18 years old
