Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Direct the workflow of technicians and stage vehicle repairs, while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience.
