Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at a high-volume Midas franchisee, leading store operations, coordinating technicians, enforcing policies, guiding customer interactions, and driving service quality in a tire and automotive repair center. Responsibilities include scheduling work, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, advising customers on automotive repairs, and delivering a strong in-store experience with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and sales initiatives. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
