Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians. Manage outside orders, ensure timely job completion, and maintain safety for team members. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. This role supports the store manager at Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, which recently joined the Mavis Tire family. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in automotive parts or tire sales, be authorized to work in the U.S., and possess the physical ability to lift items over 50 pounds.
