Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, directing the workflow of technicians to stage vehicle repairs and drive sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
