Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct technician workflows, and communicate directly to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives and stage vehicle repair work to meet expectations. Requires 2 years of automotive parts or tire sales experience, ability to lift over 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the U.S. Full-time role with 5-day weeks, Sundays off, and competitive weekly pay plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
