Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring quality and timely job completion. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. This role requires at least two years of automotive parts or tire sales experience, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the U.S. Full-time employment includes a 5-day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off, competitive weekly pay with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage.
