Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and direct the workflow of technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with in-store experiences.
