Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at a large Midas/Mavis-installed shop. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of vehicle repair and maintenance, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, and driving customer satisfaction. Must assist customers with tire selections and recommended repairs, communicate with customers, assess needs, and strive to meet expectations in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years in automotive parts/tire sales or related experience, at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
